Our Story
This work is personal to me. I helped my own mother navigate the same questions so many of my clients are facing now — whether to stay in her home or downsize, and eventually the transition into memory care. I know what it feels like to sit at the kitchen table trying to figure out the right next step, because I've been the daughter doing exactly that.
That's why I became a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and certified Real Estate Wealth Advisor, and why my practice is built around planning first, never pressure.
I also bring a background in marketing, business development, and years as a real estate investor and landlord — but the reason I do this work at all is simple: I've lived it.

Our Values
We believe real estate planning is a human conversation, not a transaction. Our practice is built on the principles of warmth, practicality, and connection.
Warmth
We approach every transition with empathy and genuine care, ensuring your family's needs are at the heart of every decision we make together.
Practicality
Clarity is our foundation. We focus on the tangible realities of Austin's housing market to find solutions that are both sustainable and meaningful.
Connection
We prioritize the human element. By fostering trust and open dialogue, we build the relationships that make real estate planning a shared journey.

In real estate and in life, there's a moment — a golden hour — when things come into focus and it's time to take the next step.
If your story feels a little like mine, let's talk. I'll walk with you through what's ahead, with care and a plan that makes sense for your family.
This Work Is Personal To Me

My mother lived with Alzheimer's. That experience shaped how I think about real estate, family, and timing — and it's why I stay involved in the Austin community around aging and caregiving. I support the Alzheimer's Association and participate in the Walk to End Alzheimer's each year.
